How do I cancel my order?

Orders with customized, personalized or the Manufacturer Direct items cannot be cancelled.

We offer the option to cancel orders within the first 2 hours of successful payment. If you wish to cancel an order after the initial 2-hour period, please contact us via email. It's important to note that for cancellation requests made after this time frame, we will make every effort to assist you in reaching out to our warehouse and logistics teams. However, we cannot guarantee that the order has not already been picked up by the logistics provider. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details immediately after placing it to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you have any concerns or need assistance with canceling an order, please feel free to get in touch with us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What does my order status mean?

--Processing:Order is placed and is going through internal checks

--Shipped:Shipping label has been created and the package is shipped

--Out for delivery:Package is out for delivery and should be delivered mostly within the same day

--Delivered:Package has been delivered

--Canceled:Order has been canceled

--Returned: Package has been returned

Please note:"Out for delivery" and "Delivered" may not apply for all packages. There will be a small number of orders that will only display a "Shipped" status

How is my order processed, and when can I expect delivery?

Orders are processed once payment is received and all shipping and billing information is verified. Processing times may vary, each item may have a different processing time before shipping.

How do I track my order after it ships?

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, or you can visit Track My Order.

Can I update my shipping address once my order has shipped?

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it, including modifying the delivery address.

What information will I find when tracking my order?

By accessing your account or using the guest checkout track order form, you can view your order information, including shipping status, shipping address, order value, payment details, and more.

Under what circumstances will my order/item be canceled?

Your order/item may be canceled if one of the following scenarios occurs:

--Out of Stock: The item(s) you purchased is no longer available when we go to ship your order.

--Order Verification: We are unable to verify your billing/payment information.

--Customized Requirements: The merchandise purchased violates one of the following requirements: Team Licensing Restrictions, No slang, phrases, or profanity will be accepted.

What happens if my order is canceled?

When we are unable to process an order, we will automatically cancel and refund your item. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of this change. Please note that it can take up to 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement.

How do I report a flawed item?

If you would like a replacement, contact us with your order number and a Fan Advocate will help you. If you prefer a refund, there is need to contact us and we will process a refund upon receipt of the merchandise.

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping prices depend on location, number of items, shipping method, and item type.

Does expedited shipping speed up item availability?

No, expedited shipping only fast-tracks transit time after the order ships. It doesn't affect item availability.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping methods depend on the item(s) and shipping address. All methods are trackable with the exception to gift cards. You'll find the shipping methods available to you when you checkout!

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We use UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, LaserShip, International Bridge, OnTrac, DHL, and Roadie for shipping.

Where do orders ship from?

Most orders ship from our facilities in Jacksonville, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Aberdeen, MD; Louisville, KY and Frazeysburg, OH. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Whom should I contact for further questions about delayed packages?

If you have additional questions regarding the delay of your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Why didn't all of my items ship together?

Partial shipments may occur for the following reasons:

--Large orders requiring multiple packages

--Special event items with unique shipping dates

--Manufacturer direct items shipped from designated manufacturers

--Items shipping from different facilities

If your items are shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package. Only one shipping fee will be charged, and the items will be delivered as they become available using the selected shipping method.

When can I expect to receive my items?

iGoodShopping offers 2-8 days shipping for eligible items. The delivery time depends on factors like the order placement time and store shipping cut-off times. Transit time begins after your order ships and is calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns

What is the return policy?

You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30 days from the item's ship date. Returns must be unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

Are there any exclusions to the return policy?

All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:

--Return is outside of the return policy

--Item appears worn, washed or used

--Item is non-returnable (all trading cards, encapsulated, loose, or boxed - no exclusions, game used, vintage, customized and personalized items cannot be returned)

--Item is a gift card or gift certificate

--Sanitary lining has been removed from an undergarment

--Item was damaged after delivery

--Item is altered

--Item is returned with holes

--Item is stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.)

--Item is returned without attached tags, manufacturer's tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received

What happens if I return items after the 30 day return policy?

We will not accept your return, and your merchandise will be donated to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.

Can I return customized items?

No, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are there any fees associated with returns?

When utilizing our return label, a convenience fee of $9.99 will be deducted to cover the return shipping cost. In cases where the return is a result of our error, we will assume this fee. Please note that the original shipping cost is not included in the refund amount.

How long does it take to process my return?

It can take up to 10 business days to receive and process your return. Once processed, it can take 2-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account statement. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.

What if I accidentally ship an item to you that was not purchased on your site?

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

How long does the return and refund process take?

What payment methods do you accept?

When placing an order using your PayPal account, the shipping address will be based on the authorized information listed on your PayPal account. If you need to ship to a different address, please update your PayPal account before placing the order.

We do not accept checks, CODs, layaway plans, or money orders.

Billing information provided matches that of the cardholder.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped within applicable areas.The amount of sales tax charged is based on the current tax rate, and the amount on your order is an estimate and may differ from the actual sales tax charged. State and local tax rates may change at any time.

Do you have any coupons, promotions, or discounts?

You can find our current promotions on our Home Page. Simply apply the provided code at the final step of checkout to see the discount deducted automatically from your cart total.
