  2. Condition of Returned Products: The returned products must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Please ensure that the items are well-packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
  3. Non-Refundable Software and Tech Support Sales: All sales of software and tech support services are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully evaluate these purchases before completing your order.
  4. Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.(NON-COMMERCIAL REASONS)
  5. Restocking Fee: Please note that a 9.9$ restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount. This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns and ensuring product quality for future customers.(NON-COMMERCIAL REASONS)

Refunds 

Refunds will be issued when the product arrives at our warehouse. We offer full refunds on any order within 30 days of purchase.
